Good products but their online service through thier own website is pathetic. They have no track of where orders are and when the orders are delivered, they deliver it in polythene bags for a product that need to delivered via cold chain. You're better of buying from Big Basket/ Nature's basket

I ordered a frozen mixed berries and a strawberry box; the strawberries aren't sweet and one of them even had fungus in it. The mixed berries box looks like the berries have been stomped on. Quite an unpleasant experience, won't order again. Update: There has been no resolution/follow up from the after sales/customer care team. If you value your health and money, don't order from here. Attaching picture for reference. 70 percent of the strawberries had fungus or were rotten.

Very good range of products and prompt delivery and service. The frozen raspberries I ordered were not in good condition, but they were very kind to replace it. Even though the replacement was better, it was still a bit crushed, I guess that can't be helped. The blueberries and their veg dumplings are great. A good option for cooking at home.
